Sterile Processing Technician

Description

Required Exp:

4+ years acute care - must be proficient in Sterilization/Case Cart Picking and Endoscope Reprocessing.

Prefer exp. at a Level 1 facility, decontamination, prep and pack.

Could be floated to several areas within the hospital.

Required Certs:

CRCST by IAHCSMM OR CSPDT by the ASHCSP.

Certification must be current and maintained with CEUs as required.

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

Education must be submitted as part of the submission packet.

Must speak fluent English.
