Team Introduction
Join our Global Creative Strategy and Operations team as an MBA intern for a full-time three-month intensive internship at our San Jose or New York offices. This role is designed for those with a strong analytical foundation, eager to dive into strategy and operations in a creative marketing context.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:
Monday, May 12
Monday, May 19
Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)
Monday, June 9
Monday, June 23

We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Business Planning:
- Participate in market research projects, analyzing industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Investigate efficiency drivers within current operations, suggesting improvements.
- Support in shaping go-to-market strategies by analyzing data to identify priorities and gaps.
- Assist in regional project management, focusing on alignment with cross-functional teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Contribute to enhancing data frameworks and hygiene for specific projects.
- Help in developing and maintaining project-specific dashboards and reports.
- Perform targeted analyses on project data to provide actionable insights.
- Support in managing and interpreting data for budget and resource planning tasks.
Strategic Problem Solving and Support:
- Map out specific go-to-market obstacles and propose strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Present findings and strategic insights from projects to team members and stakeholders.
- Provide support in various data-related tasks across the team to facilitate effective decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA or Master's degree in an analytical field.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Strong interest in strategy & operations, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Capable of managing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
