JOB SUMMARY:

The student worker will work closely with members of the disability inclusive curriculum pilot program research team at Seton Hall University and Villanova University for approximately 10 hours/week during summer 2024, fall 2024, and spring 2025.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will perform a range of tasks to support evaluation of the implementation of a disability inclusive curriculum pilot program. Tasks may include:

• organization and thematic analyses of documents provided by pilot sites

• management of survey distribution and response collection

• transcription and analysis of qualitative data generated during focus groups and interviews

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Student in education, counseling, or related field. Up to date in Microsoft Office Suite programs (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong organizational skills and professionalism. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Cordial and respectful demeanor. Detail-orientated and dependable. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Willing to learn qualitative data analysis software.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with qualitative research is helpful, but not required.
