SUMMARY
Under the supervision of Information Technology Supervisor II and the technical direction of the Service Desk lead, and in accordance with established procedures, the Student Assistant regularly performs a limited range of duties that become routine, shortly after the initial training period; and/or learns to perform a variety of full journey level general information technology duties.
