JOB SUMMARY

The product marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive the success of the products in the market. They will partner closely with Marketing Strategy and Product Management to ensure successful product launches and growth in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, a deep understanding of customer behavior and passion for growth and innovation. They will also have experience in direct to consumer and business to business marketing (ideally at a business to business to consumer company).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

Partner with Marketing Strategist and Product Management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches (both direct to consumer and business to business) with detailed execution plans, integrated timelines, and target outcomes to drive product awareness, adoption and growth

Build compelling and persuasive differentiated market positioning and materials (such as product messaging, emails, collateral and sales materials) for the product

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate success of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decision

Prepare enablement content for all phases of the sales funnel to improve penetration and conversion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, digital to launch new products and features.

Execute go-to-market plans for product launches and support ongoing customer engagement strategies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.

A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Amplitude, PowerPoint

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software
