Overview
The Manager, Premium Marketing role will lead our marketing efforts of premium seating at multiple OVG venues. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales of multi-year premium seat leases and single night premium seating rentals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
This role will work closely with other departments and is a Monday - Friday in-person role based out of the Oak View Group office in Austin, TX.
This role will pay a salary of $105,000 to $120,000.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud software including user and license management, new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to target audiences to increase awareness, acquire new prospects, engage existing database, and drive sales tied to premium seating at multiple OVG venues across multiple platforms including web, social media, email, events, and partnerships
- Build, maintain, and share email templates and automated marketing journeys tied to the sales and service of premium seating
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging strategy tied to premium seating
- Create automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including cart abandonment and high-value page views to move leads further down the sales funnel and drive conversions
- Create campaigns that communicate the value of premium seating memberships to current customers
- Build automated marketing journeys that increase premium seating customer satisfaction
- Develop best practices for premium seating web pages on multiple OVG venue websites to drive awareness and lead generation with tracking tags that can be utilized for follow-up marketing
- Collaborate with website vendors to create lead generation campaigns to acquire high-quality leads on multiple OVG venue websites that flow into Salesforce systems
- Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and presentations that effectively communicate the unique features, advantages, and benefits of purchasing premium seating
- Create reporting that effectively measures the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
- Work with OVG/arena marketing stakeholders to ensure premium seating marketing aligns with arena marketing efforts and brand guidelines provided by each OVG venue
- Create campaigns that cross-sell customers of one OVG venue to other OVG venues

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on premium or luxury product marketing a plus
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales funnel, and lead generation best practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar software and automated marketing
- Deep understanding of pixel/cookie tracking and HTML
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity
