Unit: Emergency Department

Shift/Schedule: Full Time| Days Shift| 3x12 hr | 7a-7p

Patient Population: Primarily Adult Cardiac, but full-service ED

Patient Ratios: 1:4

Number of Beds: 9

Department Specifics: Certified Chest Pain Center. Our Registered Nurse (RN) staff is proficient in STEMI activations and established care guidelines. Registered Nurses (RN) can be involved in Improvement projects, Shared Governance, department committees and councils. Everyone's voice matters. This unit provides staff the ability to learn new skills, improve time management, and be a part of team that is focused on making ED experiences 'Better for Everyone'

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• A current and valid nursing license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
