Substitute Payroll Specialist

An ESS substitute payroll specialist will provide administrative and other support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the office or department and promote a safe and orderly environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and post all departmental journal entries in Accounting software
• Prepare monthly reporting including A/R Aging Report and Bills for Payment Report

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• FDLE/FBI Criminal History Clearance
