Job Summary:
Provide general administrative and client support to the Precision Health team, including the Director, Team Lead, Consultants and Analysts. Assist in various activities to develop long-term, customized worksite health risk management and health promotion programs for employer clients.

Provide general administrative and client support to the Precision Health team, including the Director, Team Lead, Consultants and Analysts. Assist in various activities to develop long-term, customized worksite health risk management and health promotion programs for employer clients.
DUTIES
- Assist in data collection and analysis to identify key health issues within employer (client) populations.
- Support the team in developing recommendations for employers to address health-related issues.
- Assimilate a foundational understanding of health insurance and employee benefit programs.
- Learn about best practices for long-term health promotion programs and assist in identifying resources for these programs.
- Help coordinate and monitor the performance of outsourced vendors.
- Assist in preparing presentations for clients and prospective clients.
- Attend meetings and take notes as needed.
- Conduct research on case studies, articles, and other documents to support program recommendations.
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting planning, calendar management, file organization, and electronic records management.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a health-related field (public health, nutrition, nursing, health education, health informatics, health promotion, health care management, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Composes, prepares and maintains a variety of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents including handwritten notes, auditory dictation, transcription, or typed notes, ensuring proper format, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Provides telephonic support for functional manager and team, screening calls/emails, answering questions, and refer inquirers to appropriate resource
- Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed
