Role Summary:
Provides administrative support to the purchasing team. Generates critical reports for tracking purposes and presentation. Participates in day to day purchasing functions to gain knowledge and experience, while supporting the team.
Role Responsibilities:
Daily Activity Support and Administrative Activities - 60%
-Moderate complexity
-Support departmental functions
-Participates and prepares protocols for internal and external meetings
-Coordinates meeting preparation and setup
Data Analysis - 20%
-Analyzes special topics (cost opportunities, price topics)
Tracking Reports (Engineering Changes and Sourcings) - 20%
-Compiles tracking report for departmental KPIs (Engineering changes and sourcings)
