Position Information:
The Supervisor assists the department manager in the supervision coordination and management of personnel in assigned area. Participates in all recruiting interviewing hiring orientation scheduling evaluation performance improvement and competency assessment of employees. Assists in the maintenance of professional practice standards. Supervises and manages the day to day activities of the relevant department. Serves as a management resource in the department in the absence of the manager.

Experience Requirements:
3 Years Clinical - Rehabilitation Required

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Or Master's Degree Physical Therapy Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Required

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday

Weekend Requirements:
As Needed

Call Requirements:
as necessary
