The essential job responsibilities of the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition are to train, direct and supervise assigned professional/clerical support employees engaged in interviewing and selecting personnel for employment, promotion or transfer in Management/Bargaining Unit positions; coordinate recruitment; conduct investigations; and perform special assignments.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition role, you must:
-Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area
-4 years professional-level experience in employee services and talent acquisition
functions, including 2 years of leadership experience is required.
-Successfully complete NIMS Training within 1 year of entering job
-Participate in Supervisory Assessment Center within 3 months from date of hire
-Have a valid driver's license from state of residence
-Successfully complete Lopez Assessment Center certification within 90 days of entering the job
-SHRM professional certification preferred

Physical Working Conditions: Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular basis; and some dexterity in operating office equipment.
