Job description - Roles and Responsibilities:
Quickly gain the understanding of the carbon disks manufacturing process & the plant strategy
Implement tools/reports to verify the coherence between the demand and the production plan
Runs the monthly Load/Capacity analysis of the plant
• Identify the bottleneck & suggest mitigation plan
Forecast the inventory value (VEX) based on the production plan and procurement plan
• Update the forecast monthly
• Verify its coherence with the newest production plan & the plant strategy
• Identify opportunities/levers to decrease VEX
Analyze the end of month VEX achieved vs its forecast to understand any discrepancy and implement a plan to achieve annual target.
Work closely with the Planning, Customer service and shipping/receiving teams to implement meaningful dashboards to pace the daily operations & support the plant strategy.

Have a comprehensive understanding of the systems/applications to produce and analyze reports as needed (SAP, Tiscam, Power BI, etc.)

• 0-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations activities with demonstrated abilities in problem solving and the ability to strategize.
• SAP and PowerBI experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Energetic, fast learner who implements proactive solutions to support the business
