Description

As a Supply Chain Program Manager at Verily, you'll be more than just a logistics expert. You'll be a strategic partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into a robust and flexible supply chain. Your responsibilities will include leading reverse logistics operations, from managing field returns to overseeing the refurbishment activities and building a closed-loop system that prioritizes quality, sustainability and cost effectiveness. Other responsibilities include inventory management and leading cost improvement initiatives in enhancing supply chain performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end reverse logistics operations, from management of field returns to completing the refurbishment activities.
  • Analyze return data to identify trends and root causes of product failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement activities.
  • Lead and manage supplier communications to support RMA/service activities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management processes.
  • Champion Supply Chain business systems and implementation process in (PLM, ERP, MES) collaborating with technical and QA teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 or more years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields: Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management or Hardware Operations.
  • Experience in reverse logistics management. Able to lead end-to-end reverse logistics operations (e.g. RMA).
  • Experience in managing and working with contract manufacturers.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in ERP systems and Inventory Management.
  • Experience in 3PL operations, warehousing management.
  • Product experience, preferably in a medical device environment.
  • Experience working with external partnerships, gaining alignment and leading teams to common goals and priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
