Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity in Black Creek, GA, offering a $60,000 annual salary. Join our team and help plan factory operations to meet customer and inventory needs with a focus on efficiency.

The Supply Chain Specialist will review daily orders and create a 3-month demand plan to meet customer and inventory targets. Develop and manage a monthly production schedule aligned with customer priorities. Lead weekly planning meetings to coordinate resources, maintenance, raw materials, and customer needs. Maintain capacity planning based on product mix and utilization. Optimize manufacturing processes and conduct monthly S&OP meetings. Coordinate daily with supervisors and maintenance teams for schedule adherence. Provide finished goods availability to customer service and manage backorders efficiently. Review and report monthly inventory to meet turn ratio metrics. Develop tools and processes for improved planning and scheduling. Collaborate with purchasing and process teams on raw materials and packaging. Support team projects and process improvements, follow safety and quality policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing as a scheduler/planner in a supply chain organization.
• Experience with ERP systems and managing S&OP processes.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel and scheduling software.
• Positive "can do" attitude with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
