Our manufacturing client is seeking a detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical skills who leads by example and brings a positive attitude to their passionate and collaborative team.

Salary: $60,000

Essential Functions:

• Review daily orders: Create a 3-month demand plan to meet customer and inventory targets.
• Monthly production schedule: Develop and manage, ensuring alignment with customer priorities.
• Lead weekly planning meetings: Coordinate resources, maintenance, raw materials, and customer needs.
• Daily coordination: Work with supervisors and maintenance teams for schedule adherence.
• Finished goods availability: Provide customer service and manage backorders efficiently.
• Monthly inventory review: Report to meet turn ratio metrics.
• Tool and process development: Improve planning and scheduling.
• Collaboration: Work with purchasing and process teams on raw materials and packaging.
• Support team projects: Assist with process improvements.
• Safety and quality policies: Follow and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and managing S&OP processes.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel and scheduling software.
• Positive "can do" attitude with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
