Job Summary
The Academic Success Program (ASP) Support Services Assistant will support the ASP staff in early evening and nightly management of Study Table. This includes the scheduling, matching and supervision of tutoring and mentoring appointments as well as assisting with general program duties. The ASP Support Services Assistant will help to ensure the successful academic support of student-athletes on a daily and nightly basis. This is a part-time position, with a maximum of 25 hours a week; the weekly schedule and total hours can vary based on program needs.

Responsibilities*
- Assist with the logistics of building security, monitor the lobby and study table areas during tutorial/mentoring sessions, and enforce program policies.
- Available for evening shifts, primarily between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
- Assist with the scheduling and check-ins for tutoring and mentoring appointments.
- Attend and participate in onboarding training.
- Communicate effectively with tutors, mentors, ASP staff and students in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the University, The Big Ten Conference and the NCAA. Commit to reporting any Big Ten or NCAA violations involving the University of Michigan departmental compliance personnel.
- Attend and participate in check-in meetings with your supervisor.

Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor?s Degree Required. Master's degree preferred or currently in progress.
- Ability to work nights is required. Monday-Thursday availability is preferred.
- Experience with supervision and program management.
