We're hiring a Surveillance Shift Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Direct and supervise surveillance operators and live gaming surveillance operators.
• Monitor gaming and non-gaming related activities and procedures. Report suspicious or unusual activity.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Conduct surveillance of gaming areas for: cheating, theft, and other criminal acts, as well as noncompliance with Michigan Gaming Control Board rules, MotorCity rules, and state and federal regulations.

• Ability to evaluate and identify deviations from established standards and procedures, and prepare a Surveillance Incident Report for each deviation.
• Surveillance or loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
