Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the IT Infrastructure team and help handle M&A tasks for one of their top clients. This role requires a strong background in Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365. The Systems Administrator will collaborate with internal and external team members to provision, manage, and monitor deployments of internal and client-facing systems in cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, proven experience in systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices. Additional duties include providing support for various M&A infrastructure needs, conducting research into systems issues and products, and ensuring compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

5 or more years of experience in Azure SaaS Cloud Services, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365, specifically within system migration
Strong background in systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving various cloud-based environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
Proven experience in supporting applications and functions of Azure/Exchange Online/M365
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail and proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Nutanix running large-scale Virtualized environments and VMware Horizon VDI environments
Programming background, a lot of work must be scripted out coming from there system or others. Specifically, PowerShell experience
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation (ServiceNow KB Articles) related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
