Responsibilities :

Syntelligent is seeking a System Support Specialist in Langley AFB,VA.

***This is a pipeline position***

Shift: No

Duties will include:

• Provide support including but not limited to desktop, mobile devices, networks, and asset management
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer related Information Technology (IT) issues via telephone, email, or in-person
• Install IT related infrastructure, equipment, and/or electronic devices in accordance with security and industry standards
• Document support activity in designed ticketing or tracking system
• Provide professional solutions to end-users regarding requirements status and/or escalate requirement to appropriate support level for further resolution
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and solutions for reoccurring issues and disperse to end-users

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance required
• DOD 8570 IAT Level I certified
• Minimum of 3 years' experience performing computer/hardware/software troubleshooting and help desk support functions
• General understanding of asset management with security requirements status and/or escalate requirement to support level for further resolution
• Experience supporting software and network applications

Preferred:

• IAT Level II desired

Clearance : TS/SCI
