Job Description

This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure and provides Identity and Access Management to our clinical staff as well as all end users within Health and Hospitals. This position manages and secures the access of users and groups as well as confidential tasks. This position also gives guidance and assist other team members as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Identity and Access Management administrative services, including adding applications, fixing duplicates, errors and disabling users
  • Implement of IAM security-centric and security-related information technology products and projects to support the organization.
  • Support DUO Multi-Factor Authentication security access
  • Reviews, creates, deletes and manages Share Drives and their permissions.
  • Reviews, creates and manages groups in Active Directory
  • SailPoint Identity IQ user profiles
  • Reviews, creates and manages users in Active Directory
  • Assist and support HRSS and PeopleSoft teams with any user discrepancies
  • Assigning and distributing Service Now tickets to the team once a week
  • Resolves team emails once a week
  • Address and complete any tickets within the SLA time assigned
  • Off hours support is required for a week once a month


Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study; and
2. Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems and applications.
Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years).
Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience.
3. Broad knowledge and expertise in the characteristics of computers, peripheral devices, communications systems and hardware capabilities, programming languages, E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodology, data management and retrieval techniques; or
4. A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience
