Systems Administrator

A religious client of Insight Global's is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and support critical SaaS applications such as CRM, ERP, and eCommerce platforms. This role involves configuring applications, managing user access, ensuring data security and compliance, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technology support experience, a strong commitment to Christian values, and excellent skills in cloud services management. Based in Philadelphia with hybrid work options, the position requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience in CRM or ERP migrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, Boomi)

* Experience with SaaS Applications

* Understand and analyze business processes to effectively translate them into the current ERP solution workflows, ensuring seamless integration and optimization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*3+ years of technology support preferably as a Systems Administrator
