Piper Companies is currently searching for a Systems Engineer to work Hybrid near Baltimore, MD for a company offering skilled nursing, physical rehabilitation, companion care, respite care, and behavioral care for individuals with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure technologies and services.

Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer include:
• Assist in planning and designing technology solutions to meet IT strategies and business needs, including collaborating with vendors, IT teams, and leadership to review design and technical requirements
• Implement system-related technology projects
• Create and maintain design and configuration documents by Configuration Management and Systems Lifecycle best practices
• Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for respective technologies
• Develop Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for respective technologies and conduct training sessions for team members

Required Qualifications for the Systems Engineer include:
• 8 years of direct experience with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Active Directory
• Preferred certifications include MCSE or similar
• Experience supporting and working with Software Development Lifecycle (Agile, SCRUM, DevOps), Project Management Lifecycle, and IT Service Management (ITIL) processes
• Engineering experience with a broad range of technologies like VMware, Rubrik, and Zerto
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 8-10 years of relevant experience

Compensation for the Systems Engineer include:
• Salary Range : $115,000 - $125,000 Depends on level of degree/combined years of experience
