Job Title- Systems Engineer VMWare vRealize Automation /Vsphere Analyst

Location - Onsite

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of VMWare vRealize Automation solutions to streamline processes.

- Oversee the deployment and management of VMWare Vsphere environments to ensure high availability and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on VMWare technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the payer and claims domain.

- Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

- Implement best practices for security and data protection within the VMWare environments.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in VMWare technologies and the healthcare industry.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

-Qualifications

- Possess extensive experience with VMWare vRealize Automation and VMWare Vsphere.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of payer and claims processes including Medicare and Medicaid claims.

- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Show proficiency in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Have a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be adept at documenting technical processes and solutions.

- Hold a relevant certification in VMWare technologies.

- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

- Show experience in conducting system audits and implementing improvements.

- Show proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until June 15 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $105K - $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
