New York, NY: Charlotte, NC: Dallas, TX (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)

Pay Rate:
72- 78/HR.Industry: Financial Services

Duration:
24+ Month contract with the chance of extending or converting to full time.

Job Description:

Incident & Problem Management lead within the Technology Platform Management Team supporting the Chief Operating Office. The role will support the centralized Problem Management function with responsibility for driving production stability across the organization through strong problem management routines and evolution of existing processes to improve controls and efficiencies across the team.

This position requires a high degree of organization and influence to drive accountable ownership and resolution. Providing a high value, responsive service and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders are key requisites along with working in a collaborative manner and producing metric driven reports and analysis.

Additional Skills:
  • Experience leading Incident and Problem Management functions in a comparable organization
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across all organizational levels with supporting data, including senior management
  • Proven ability to lead incident triage calls.
  • Experience with command centers
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
  • Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL
  • Process management governance
  • Ability to step into, be assertive, and hold people accountable for getting to the bottom of incidents in their space.
  • Fundamentally understand production operations to determine appropriate action plans and add direction to ensure full and proper coverage of the fundamental problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
