This role will support full cycle recruitment for both AllSaints and John Varvatos brands. This role requires grit, energy, and a consultative approach to hiring new employees to support our key growth initiatives. The position reports directly to the Head of People and Culture and will focus on supporting the national Talent Acquisition needs of hiring managers at all levels and within all areas of the organization within North America, such as, but not limited to:
  • Corporate Office
  • Retail/DTC
  • Distribution Center

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Source and engage active and passive talent by leveraging referrals, leads, technology, external recruiting partners, events, and more
  • Ensure that job descriptions are always current, compliant and clearly detail the requirements of the role(s) that will be posted
  • Planning and hosting recruitment events at company owned work sites and or partnering with job fair organizers when the need arises
  • Focus on our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives when presenting top tier talent to our hiring managers/business leaders, as well as educating leadership on the importance of having a diverse and inclusive team
  • Optimize the job posting and advertising processes
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates
  • Manage the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Assess and identify learning development needs for the organization when pertaining to the hiring/recruitment process
  • Provide pertinent data to the organization regarding recruitment trends, retention strategies and turnover reporting
  • Be a cultural Brand Ambassador for both brands by supporting the implementation of programs that help improve the employee experience (for example: champion employee engagement and wellness activities, support employees with queries related to all aspects of the business, etc.)
  • Lead and manage new employee on-boarding programs for both brands to ensure a structured and informed start for all our employees
  • Manage, update and maintain our applicant tracking system(s) to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both the applicant and the hiring manager
  • All other duties assigned

EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • Energy, pace, and accountability
  • Natural ability to learn and craft a compelling story for your candidates
  • Aptitude and appetite for growth and responsibility
  • An instinct for collaboration, partnership, and building relationships with hiring managers
  • Preliminary knowledge and interest in contemporary retail fashion
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Acts with integrity always and can keep confidential information
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, psychology, HR or equivalent experience preferred


ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand's iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
