About the Team
The Global Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) team is committed to continuously improving our recruitment process, policies and tools, and achieving the optimization of recruitment efficiency and quality through innovation and technology. We build strategies, scalable talent programs, and enhance recruiting effectiveness with data driven insights to ultimately enable our recruiting teams to hire great talent.
TAO is seeking a Recruiting Program Coordinator who is committed to building efficiency and effectiveness. In this critical role, you will be accountable for the oversight and execution of processes and programs within the Candidate Generation pillar of TAO, with the ability to balance project work. You are passionate about improving operational excellence, working with a sense of urgency, and having a high bar of being detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the day-to-day operational efficiency of multiple Candidate Generation programs, such as internal referral program operations, staffing agency operations, job board management operations, recruiting event coordination, and job description review.
- Support in program optimization projects such as operational process improvements and program policy changes.
- Assist with change management activities with stakeholders to drive adoption and achieve project goals.
- Address complex inquiries and escalations with employees, cross-functional stakeholders, and TAO Leadership while maintaining a clear chain of accountability and timely resolution.
- Assist with maintaining policy and process documentation such as guides/SOPs, meeting documents, agendas, presentations, training aids, and other project tasks.
- Perform audit and data review used for reporting and to support the team evaluate channel operations performance.
This is a 6 month contract payrolled through a third-party agency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem diagnosis and problem skills. Must have experience identifying core problems and exercise sound and balanced judgement to deliver timely solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive/urgent situations by using sound judgment, care, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Ability to work successfully in a high volume and fast-paced environment; adapts to shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong in execution and operational rigor, attention to detail, and accuracy.
