Key Accountabilities:
  • Manages critical design and delivery of programs and special projects by establishing objectives, implementing design
  • thinking, managing time, developing roadmaps, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, identifying/mitigating
  • risks, problem-solving, and adjusting plans to ensure effective impact and development of talent and culture.
  • Develop program resources (FAQs, leader packs) with the end user in mind to drive effective participation and growth for all
  • key stakeholders aligned to the program/project activation and delivery.
  • Create resources (FAQs, leader packs); inform, update and train HRBPs as needed for key programs/project activation
  • Draft and distribute written correspondence, key documents, and communications related to assigned programs and
  • projects.
  • Stay engaged with Global Talent and DEI programs to understand impact, share needs and align key programs, initiatives,
  • employee experiences to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor success, gather feedback and identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement; create
  • efficiencies through understanding system capabilities, framing potential solutions, and streamlining processes.
  • Perform timely updates for all project and program content to ensure only current materials are available to the end users.
  • Plan and manage program and project events as necessary to deliver the program, project or to drive overall engagement,
  • awareness of initiatives.
  • Maintain Talent and DEI SharePoint page for various programs
  • All other projects or duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

3-5 years or more experience in HR or related field. Demonstrated experience in successfully owning or managing medium to large scale projects, programs, or initiatives.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, organizing, and executing programs and projects from conception through implementation.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication for the purpose of providing information to clients, leaders, vendors, and HR staff.
  • High agree of autonomy and self motivation demonstrating initiative and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and results orientation in a faced-paced environment.
  • Ability to drive process improvement
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and purposes solutions
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Collaborated interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business and functional leaders, hiring managers, candidates, colleagues, and peers.
  • Knowledge of Talent, DEI, and Human Resources practices or requirements for assigned specialization.

Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA - 3 days in office

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this role is$58,834 to $104,000. This is the lowest to highest pay scalewe, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.We may ultimately pay more or less than theposted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

**This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
