One of our clients is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their team on-site in Boise. This candidate would collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial software development projects. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business needs. Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project management and software development processes. Create process flows and system diagrams using tools such as Visio. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the deployment of solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience working on financial software development projects as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior role (8-10 years of experience).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Proficiency in creating user stories and managing requirements in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Solid experience with process mapping tools like Visio.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be willing to come onsite to work with development teams.
