Hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Integration) for an insurance client in Chicago's North suburbs. Ideally, this will be an onsite 3x a week role

The project is for an internal insurance application for their enrollment system using the PEGA platform. Both roles are with Azure and using Azure DevOps (ADO). This is an Agile environment, so strong user story experience is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall 10 years of IT and BA experience
• Insurance experience with data.
• Technical understanding relative to interface/integration technology
• Experience gathering requirements for use case design, process flows and work flow diagrams
• Experience mapping business requirements to functional design specifications
• Good SQL skills - (e.g. calling data for validations, etc.)
• Azure DevOps experience or would consider just JIRA
• Strong written and oral communications
• Experience working with offshore resources
