Technical Business Process Analyst

As a Business Process Analyst Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead and guide teams in analyzing business needs, designing efficient processes, and implementing solutions that align with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include process improvement, requirements analysis, process design, project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, business needs assessment, documentation, testing, training, end-user support, and post-deployment support. To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and a strong understanding of business processes, integration platforms, and technology tools. You will also need excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. The hourly rate for this position is between $40-55/hr

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience in a business analysis role
Experience with integration process development
Experience with integration platforms (Workato*, Informatica, Boomi, etc)
Knowledge of ERP, WMS, EDI systems
SQL scripting
Expert in Visio draw.io for process documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience with full lifecycle enterprise projects.
Formal Business Analyst training.
Familiarity with Integration Platforms and Integration Architecture.
Experience in APIS, SDLC and with webservices and APIs.
Working knowledge of Zendesk, JIRA and other ITSM, Project Management tools
