The Technical Product Operations Team operates as a mix of Product Specialists plus Technical Support for all technical issues related to TikTok Shop.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support on-calls in a high volume environment
- Become an expert in all domains related to TikTok Shop ranging from selling products in Tiktok Shop to fulfilling orders to helping creators go live
- Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Engineering, Product Managers and other E-Commerce teams to troubleshoot or route complex issues
- Provide suggestions to improve internal processes including documentation and solutions to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce space, technical support or product specialist

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns while also demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills, self-starter attitude with the ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment
