Job Description

The role leads, develops, monitors, updates, communicates, and implements plans for Decision Analytics Technology projects.

This role is responsible for the overall project delivery including project plan, execution, resource management, issue tracking, quality, governance, change management, risk management, communications, and budget. 

Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects to meet objectives against budget, schedule, and scope.

Execute project management process including scope definition, scheduling, human resource planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance. 

Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills in forming teams from local and remote sources, both within the region and in the wider global group and ensure close communication and strong teamwork to contribute to project success. 

Act as liaison between stakeholders, sponsors and steering committee and manage these relationships including conducting regular reports and status updates. 

Establish effective project communication plans and execute them.

Conduct daily stand-ups and maintain regular project tracking.

Implement Agile / Scrum Master tools and techniques. 

Facilitate change requests, assessing their impact on schedule and budget.

Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying successful and unsuccessful elements.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Scrum certification preferred; PMP Project Management certification is a plus.

5-8 years of professional experience in technical project management roles, preferably in a technology-centric environment.

Good understanding and application of Project Management competencies including stakeholder management, contracts, scope, schedule, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Financial literacy to forecast and manage project budgets.

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Ability to influence and build productive relationships with key program stakeholders (both internal and external) to senior manager level. Good leadership, coordination, motivation, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills  

Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and tools.

Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery in an Agile environment, including maturing agile performance of the program.  

Superb problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: Certified ScrumMaster , Project Management Professional
