WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The WalkMe Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing WalkMe solutions to enhance user engagement and adoption of Kaseya's software products. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective digital adoption strategies that drive internal and external engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement WalkMe solutions to enhance user engagement and adoption of Kaseya's software products.
- Create and customize adoption features to assist users in navigating complex processes.
- Integrate WalkMe with systems and applications.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize WalkMe implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and customer support, to understand and meet client needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of WalkMe solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure all WalkMe implementations meet the highest standards of functionality and usability.
- Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment.
- Proven experience as a builder or in a similar role with digital adoption platforms.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries (e.g., jQuery, React).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to conduct thorough testing of implementations to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all solutions.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, documenting test cases, results, and any issues encountered during the QA process.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
- WalkMe certification is a plus.
