The Technical Sales Manager will develop, manage & grow a $7-12 million portfolio for Saint-Gobain's market leading brands, NORGLIDE® Bearings , RENCOL® Tolerance Rings and our latest innovation SPRINGLIDE™ Energized Bearings .

While collaborating with a well-tenured Sales & Business Development Team, the incumbent will partner withhigh volume, international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier One suppliers, & their respective engineering teams, to develop custom designed component solutions for use in a range of applications for customers in the most demanding industries, including Automotive , HVAC , Bicycle and Electronics . Current areas of emphasis include mechanisms, seating, steering, and powertrain.

This role requires a self-motivated and self-directed individual.

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical degree required
  • 10+ years experience in Automotive Sales
  • OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 Supplier experience (preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints an interface with engineers on technical aspects of application.
  • Proven relationship building skills and commercial awareness to understand the customer's business needs and identify plans to deliver them.
