POSITION: Technical Services Manager

REPORTS TO: Division Manager

FLSA STATUS: Full Time / Exempt

Salary Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually

Position Summary:

Leading all members of the ready-mix team in the pursuit of quality production

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and optimizing mix designs for performance and prescription mixes

• Providing guidance in making key decisions related to operational improvements and raw material sourcing

• Developing and auditing quality control procedures

• Educating field management about the why behind QC policies and SOPs

• Managing materials with Command material manager
