Overview
We are seeking a technical strategic program manager with engineering and/or product management background to serve as the right hand to our Senior Vice President of Product Management. This strategic Chief of Staff role will be pivotal in driving the execution of key initiatives, optimizing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the seamless operation of the product management team.

This strategic Chief of Staff role will be pivotal in driving the execution of key initiatives, optimizing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the seamless operation of the product management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with the SVP to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely and high impact delivery .
- Technical Insight: Provide deep technical insights and expertise to support decision-making processes and product development strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between various groups, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the product management team.
- Communication: Act as a conduit for communication between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success of product initiatives.
- Meeting Management: Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in a technical role within engineering, product management, project management, or a related field. Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or in a senior project management role is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to other stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing and delivering high-impact projects on time.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
