This person will help our team define content writing standards, patterns, and systems that allow us to seamlessly meet the needs of a global audience.Responsibilities: ? Plan content narrative and UI & UX writing for the Peacock platform, including domestic and international streaming services, focused on the in-app viewing experience, live and interactive experiences, content discovery, search, error messaging and more? Drive the product UI & UX language vision, designing an intuitive, entertaining and delightful product experience that helps users accomplish their goals? Build upon and support a cohesive, unified voice and language system across the platform and all Viewing Product touch points? Document your strategies with guidelines, and establish best practices and strategy principles ? Leverage empathy, logic and hard data to inform content design and provide recommendations? Manage external vendor checkpoints (e.g., third party Translations partner and Design partners) to ensure values are connected in translation glossary ? Tactfully collaborate with and incorporate inputs from Product, Research, Design, Customer Care, Legal, Tech and External Partners, while building strong relationships with all?
