A Shift - Monday thru Friday 6am to 3:30pm

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team in producing high-performance fabric solutions for space applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of industrial sewing experience, be able to use standard measuring devices, and possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines to produce quilted products according to quality and quantity requirements.
• Set up all types of sewing machines, including loading fabric, thread, and bobbins.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on sewing machines.
• Sew and assemble materials as per work specifications and drawings.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial sewing experience
• Ability to use standard measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced development environment.
• Cuts materials, according to specifications, or cuts excess material or thread from finished product, using blade, scissors, or electric knife.
• Maintains workstation in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion, and performs job duties is a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist as needed in the training of new operators.
• Deep understanding of various seeming techniques
