This position works directly under the Project Supervisor and has direct contact with Wind River Environmental customers and requires excellent customer service skills.
Key Positions Points
- Position: Project Lead
- Location: Orlando, FL
- CDL required
- Will need a CDL A (willing & able to obtain for B CDL holders)
- Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with WRE and DOT requirements.
- Prepare for each service job to maximize efficiency (prepare truck, tools, etc.) by following daily pre- trip and post-trip maintenance (check fluids, tires, supplies, etc.)
- Observe and note defective septic component systems, adverse buildup up hazards on the work order, and provide any recommended maintenance or services to the customer.
- Completion and submission of quotes and service paperwork to management in a timely manner if required.
- Respond to trouble/ emergency calls in a timely manner.
- Discuss and recommend adequate maintenance service frequency with customers.
- You are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes.
- Must be comfortable working independently.
- Frequent interaction with customers.
- Ability to read and interpret documents including company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps, and road signs.
- Ability to speak, cooperate, and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Ability to work independently, as a team, and lead
- Must be able to manage pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Leadership experience
- Pipeline/septic/sewer Repair background
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least one year of professional commercial driving experience (post-school).
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and physical exam
- CDL
