This position is for a Delta Technical Operations Division (TOC) Project Manager located in Atlanta GA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with TOC leaders and Finance across business units to identify key improvement areas. Organize learning sessions and ensure optimized agenda and participation
  • Disseminate and consolidate outputs from process improvement sessions i.e., aggregate and analyze inputs that come from multiple stakeholders participating in the LEAN process.
  • Identify automation opportunities. Be able to clearly articulate how our projects articulate into improvement for the business.
  • Design and manager calendar to ensure timely execution of process improvement plans including report outs to obtain buy-in from senior leadership.
  • Develop execution calendar for key Finance initiatives.
  • Organize weekly staff meetings on behalf of Finance VP to ensure all actions and follow-ups are completed timely.
  • Practice executive communication through frequent interactions with senior leaders and their teams throughout the TOC engine and Finance organizations
  • Plan, coordinate and drive closure on ad-hoc tasks that supports business needs


This position requires on site attendance 4 days per week and is based in Atlanta GA.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills

  • An ability to interact with senior management.
  • Must possess the ability to collaborate with individuals of varying experience levels in an effective manner.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional workouts and effective long-term project planning
  • Must possess strong organizational, decision-making and administrative skills and be capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
  • Must perform with a high level of accuracy and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Previous experience and results in continuous improvement
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
