Located in Palos Verdes Estates, Palos Verdes Tennis Club offers 10 beautifully maintained tennis courts and 8 Pickleball courts with state-of-the-art lighting. Our facility includes a spacious clubhouse, a fully equipped pro shop, and well-appointed locker rooms. With an active membership of over 400 participants, we host socials, USTA junior tournaments, USTA Junior Team Tennis, and other events.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tennis Professional located in Palos Verdes Estates, CA. As a Tennis Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality private instruction
• Conducting adult group classes
• Leading junior group classes ranging from beginner to elite tournament-level kids
• Coaching Junior Team Tennis practices and matches on weekends
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels and ages
• Promoting a positive experience and ensuring safety on the courts

This position requires availability 5 days a week, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Qualifications

USPTA Professional Level certification (required)

Must be eligible to work in the U.S (we do not sponsor visas)

USTA Safe Play certification (required)

CPR certification (recommended)

Compensation

$30-50/hr for junior group and adult Liveball group classes

50-70% commission on all private lessons and private groups
