Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Global Product Management Specialist to join its World-Wide ThinkPad Product Business Unit. The position will be based at our Headquarters in Morrisville, NC and will be responsible for ThinkPad laptops targeted at the Large Business and Government Segments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global and multicultural team environment and possess the skills to act as a leader on the Offerings Core Team (OCT). This role requires working with Product Development, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Service and Finance team members to bring new leadership offerings to market.

Responsibilities:

Educating Geography Marketing and Sales teams about product offering and competitive positioning, as well as engaging in Customer centric activities to better understand customer feedback, needs, and requirements. This individual must be passionate about technology, possess strong written and oral communications skills, be a creative yet detail-oriented thinker, and be able to thrive in a diverse team environment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in product management, software development, computer science or programming
  • Advanced degree (MBA) in product management or Master of computer science
  • Relevant job experience as either a junior technical PM, intern or product team member (developer, tester, data scientist, UI/UX designers, and more).
