About the team
Our team supports TikTok e-commerce business growth by improving consumer/seller/creator experience via recommendation products. We are looking for experienced Product Operations to identify business problems/opportunities in the US market and build innovative recommendation products to achieve high business goals.
Job description
1.Deeply understand e-commerce governance strategies, considering platform profitability and risk management, collaborating with teams such as product, data to address business demands;
2.Focus on the rationality of governance strategies and the definition of low-quality products, ensuring a low level of risk on the platform, creating a healthy e-commerce ecosystem, continuously improving consumer user experience, and achieving governance objectives;
3.Through quantitative analysis of product data and qualitative observation of product features, conduct in-depth analysis of product characteristics, identify features of low-quality products such as counterfeits/fakes, promptly and effectively assess the level of business risk, collaborate with the governance team to develop relevant strategies, and implement them;
4.Continuously monitor trends in the e-commerce industry, extract valuable information in a timely manner through user surveys and industry research.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of e-Commerce work experience, more than 1 year of event operation experience, familiar with mainstream product event operation strategies;
2. Good communication skills and organizational coordination skills, meticulous and patient work attitude, able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, full of passion and creativity;
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness, data awareness and effect measurement awareness, strong learning ability, and good self-drive.
