About the Role:

We are looking for an App Store Manager to join the Partner Product team within TikTok's Global Ecommerce business.
The TikTok Shop App Store Team manages the app ecosystem of technology partners who build to TikTok's open APIs. Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), developers and commerce partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and merchants across the globe. Your role is to identify, build and manage a category of apps and ISV technology partners that drive growth for merchants on TikTok Shop from SMB to enterprise.
As the App Store Manager, you work closely with various internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Managers, Product Operations, Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations, Product Marketing) to bring technologies and solutions to merchants through the TikTok Shop App Store. The role will work across various timezones to build relationships with global teams and partners that support merchants with Apps and APIs in areas such as catalog/ product, orders, inventory, shipping, logistics, returns, promotion, customer engagement, TikTok Shop advertising, content, affiliate, finance/ tax and data.

In this role you will be exposed to various vertical product teams ranging from product/ catalog and logistics to LIVE, affiliate, customer experience and finance. This role will play a critical role in driving alignment across product and business to maximize synergies and business outcomes for the ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Build programs that increase supply of apps that drive merchant efficiency through leveraging partner capabilities.
- Lead the entire App lifecycle process for a given category from identification of new opportunities to working with Product Managers and Product Operations to design solutions and unlock APIs.
- Support with App Store operations and strategy including definition and tracking of KPIs, dashboards and OKRs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to pair merchants from Apps with Account Managers to drive growth on TikTok Shop.
- Operate as the quarterback to support GTM efforts for partner enablement of tier 1 and 2 partners and App management and improvement for a given App category or module.
- Manage marketing/ GTM to ensure partners and merchants adopt our technologies.
- Work with Product Managers and Product Operations to ensure high quality apps.
- Build deep relationships with founders, developers, and partners in the ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience building product partnerships in a fast-paced client-facing environment
- A minimum of 2 years' experience owning and scaling ecommerce programs with knowledge in categories such as OMS/ PIM/ DAM/ WMS/ Merchandising/ Marketing/ Finance/ Cross-Boarder selling/ Finance.
- Familiar with the broader ISV ecosystem of commerce partners that connect merchants to DTC commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Experience of collaborating with a range of business units and stakeholders, across product, sales/ operations, marketing, and engineering.
- Quantitative/ analytical experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you are comfortable drafting documents internally and externally.

Preferred Qualification
- Understands product integrations, API's and the development and execution of strategic roadmaps.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem solver and critical thinking skills with a bias towards action and being a doer.
- Experience in navigating and negotiating contracts with enterprise organisations
- Experience executing incentive and referral programs that drive shared objectives
