About
TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

About the team
The TikTok LIVE Operations Design team is dedicated to crafting operational materials and campaigns for global markets. We combine a profound understanding of the livestreaming industry with systematic, brand-oriented thinking, artistic aesthetics, and advanced technology. Our goal is to significantly enhance the user experience for TikTok LIVE. We are on the lookout for an experienced and innovative Senior Creative Designer to contribute to our dynamic team. This role demands effective collaboration with our diverse group of operations managers and designers worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Latin American local operations team and global design teams to create, define, and uphold a style guide specific to TikTok LIVE in the Latin/BR region.
- Design and support visual elements for the Latin American TikTok LIVE operations, including promotional campaigns, email templates, physical swag, educational materials for live creators, and launch materials for new product features.
- Partner with local operations teams and global design teams to propel operation strategies, concept ideation, and asset production.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self-review work, focusing on minutiae while driving broad, innovative ideas.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient illustration skills and a robust understanding of branding.
- Proven track record with creative, design, and operational projects, evidenced by a portfolio of successful operation design projects.
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
- Innate creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction; adept at multitasking.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a team-oriented approach in a cross-cultural and cross-functional setting.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in video editing and design.
- Experience and enthusiasm in the live-streaming industry, familiarity with TikTok.
- Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast-changing environment.
- Sensitive to business needs and able to make design decisions based on business requirements.
