In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. About the team
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real-time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities
- As the operations manager for TikTok LIVE, USDS team, you will play a critical role in helping drive the growth and success of our team;
- Work with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements, analytical needs and execution strategy;
- Work closely with cross-functional partners from Regional Operations, Analytics, and Legal & Compliance to drive execution excellence and align resources to deliver business missions;
- Design, lead and continuously improve campaign and programming initiatives that help support sustainable LIVE business development;
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day staffing, reporting, and resource allocation for campaign and programming initiatives;
- Understand TikTok USDS Privacy, Safety, and Security guidelines, as well as business partners' priorities across TikTok LIVE team, be the bridge and advocate to build the utmost confidence in the security of TikTok LIVE business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred;
- 5+ years of experience working in consumer growth, content production and/or campaign management, or creator/community operations domains;
- 3+ years of experience directly managing teams
- Analytical mindset and skills for decision making, experiences in performing campaign analysis, and/or attribution analysis;
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple high impact initiatives; Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize products and processes;
Preferred Qualifications
- An in-depth understanding of content business and its related technologies;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into digestable and insightful narratives for audiences;
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude;
