About the team
Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop's newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions and a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities:
-As a global seller's overseas supply chain business partner on the TikTok Shoptab side, deeply understand TikTok Shop and Shoptab user requests, understand the current situation and opportunities for merchandise supply, and formulate clear category and merchandise strategies.
-Through potential and star products recruitment and selection, we integrate the core products pool of GS supply chain in the Shoptab, and establish its strong advantages in price, inventory, trending goods, logistics experience, etc. At the same time, we integrate channel resources in various scenarios of the Shoptab, and use resources for the incubation and explosion of products, thus bringing the result of large-scale explosive product creation and driving the growth of the Shoptab's overall GMV.
-Based on a deep understanding of products and categories, collaborating with the GS industry, BP can achieve rapid growth and market share improvement in the responsible category through the introduction of merchant supply, the construction of core product pool richness and competitiveness, and the layered operation of products, the use of scenario resources, and the amplification of marketing potential.
-Work closely with the product team to improve the efficiency of the Shoptab's product operation mechanism and through the product mechanism, creating more scalable results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Excellent data analysis ability, be able to find business problems from data, and be able to convert business problems into data indicators;
2. Excellent logical thinking, user insight and business sensitivity;
3. Excellent communication skills, strong cross-team collaboration skills;
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience as a seller/strategy operator. Preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in seller operations;
