Team Overview
TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review, and participation. We are looking for a passionate productivity operations manager to drive the growth for TikTok Shop's newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Live.
Live Center/ Sample Center is a one-stop offline space that provides free samples, filming facilities and hands-on training for TikTok affiliate creators to generate e-commerce content to sell TikTok Shop products. Applicants should manage Live Center/ Sample Center partnerships and performance by optimizing the physical studio operation processes, training the onsite staff, and launching initiatives that encourage TikTok e-commerce creators to engage with physical store locations through creative online campaigns, community events, and trainings.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize live product features by seeking sellers/creators' requirements and pain points and work with the product team.
- Generate live best practices, learnings and insights to share and educate sellers/creators.
- Collaborate with departments such as category account managers, product managers, creators and sellers to develop comprehensive LIVE operational strategies and SOPs.
- Assist in the Live regular reviews and iterations, including livestreaming strategies, creator coaching, product assortments, script refinement, and streaming tactics to achieve top live productivity goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the livestreaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry
- Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
