Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Customer Support Engineer with the ability to ensure optimum operational performance for hardware related to 3D Printers installed at the customers' site. The individual is expected to deliver technical service to customers including installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience
• High school required
• 2+ years related experience in troubleshooting, configuration, installation and repair of electronic systems
• Solid knowledge of electro/mechanical device repair
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Moderate physical activity required

Strong communication skills, Customer Support experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AA degree from a technical school or equivalent training preferred
• Manufacturing industry background
• Veteran

Experience with printers
